This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by Rising Point LLC (United Arab Emirates) and its regional operating entity, RisingPoint Technologies SB (Malaysia) (collectively “RisingPoint.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), both operating under RisingPoint.io. Depending on your geographic location or commercial agreement, your primary contracting entity and data controller is either Rising Point LLC or RisingPoint Technologies SB. Both entities adhere to this unified global privacy framework.
We process personal data provided directly by you, generated through platform usage, or configured within our solutions: identity & account details (name, professional email, organization, job title, administrative credentials); system & telemetry data (diagnostic logs, IP addresses, session metadata, performance metrics, security audit trails); and operational query data (prompts, workflows, inputs, and operational metadata processed through our platform).
Customer data is hosted and processed on dedicated cloud providers and regional sovereign cloud partners chosen to align with local data residency requirements across APAC, the GCC, and international markets. To deliver advanced AI capabilities, we interface with vetted third parties and LLM principals; data transmitted to external model engines is sanitized or tokenized where feasible. Technical and contractual controls with our cloud providers, sovereign partners, and LLM principals ensure customer inputs are not repurposed to train public foundational models without authorization.
Processing is conducted under contractual necessity (to provision platform services and maintain client accounts via Rising Point LLC or RisingPoint Technologies SB), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and optimize our infrastructure and platform integrity), and legal & regulatory compliance (corporate reporting, tax regulations, and statutory disclosures).
Because Rising Point operates globally, data may be hosted or processed across secured nodes operated by us, our regional entities, cloud providers, sovereign cloud partners, or third parties across Malaysia, the UAE, APAC, the EU, the US, and regional data centers. Transfers are governed by industry-standard contractual safeguards, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.
Malaysia (PDPA 2010): Right to access, update, or correct personal data held by RisingPoint Technologies SB, and to withdraw processing consent.
GCC & UAE (Decree-Law No. 45/2021): Rights to access, request transfer, correct, erase, or restrict processing.
EU/UK (GDPR): Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection rights.
Americas (CCPA/CPRA): Rights to know, access, correct, and request deletion. We do not sell personal data.
Singapore, Australia & New Zealand: Rights to request access, correct data, and manage consent under applicable local privacy acts.
